Second annual spring break wrenchfest with my daughter.
On the docket this year: oil change, new exhaust gaskets, new front tire, and fix leaky forks.
I’m doing better this year as defined by spectating more and wrenching less. Let her turn the wrenches. I’m still the one diagnosing and ordering (not paying for) part kits.
I do want her eventually conversant in diagnostics and requisitioning parts, but I’ll call it progress to have her be the one doing all the wrenching.
Bike is a 1995 Suzuki Intruder VS800 GL. So bike is 28 years old, daughter is 21.
