Her tires are Kenda Challengers
Her rear tire has a cut across the middle.
Maybe 1/16 inch deep. I've never seen anything like it.
No cords showing.
What do you make of this? How bad is it? Can she still ride?
Probably the beginning of a tread separation. If you're going to ride, ride to the tire store and buy a new one. Aside from the fact that the tire is nearly worn out, it's a Kenda Challenger, which isn't that great of a tire to begin with!!!
